Qualifications

• Enrolled to pursue an associate's or bachelor's degree at a U.S. college or university.
• Demonstrated leadership and hard work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn to solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and organize documents related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
• Perform assigned tasks with diligence and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
• Support ongoing projects with research, materials prep, and team contributions.
• Conduct industry research and prepare findings into reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with departments to understand functions and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in learning and development activities and training sessions offered by Ferrovial.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and correspondence.
• Identify improvement areas in processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Capability building through assessment, development planning, and coaching.
