Job summary

Solifi is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure to lead the global Corporate Infrastructure team, guiding network and systems engineers across North America, the UK, and APAC. You will balance hands‑on engineering with people management to ensure reliable, secure infrastructure and high service levels.

You will drive incident response, automation, and governance of identity, endpoints, and cloud platforms, collaborating with Security and ITSM to enforce standards and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in infrastructure engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong networking, firewall, VPN/remote access, Wi‑Fi, and segmentation skills.
• Demonstrated incident, problem, and change management discipline.
• Vendor management with SLA accountability and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Clear written and verbal communication during incidents and changes.
• Experience in a high‑growth or private equity software environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and SASE operating models preferred.
• Jira Service Management for workflow design and SLAs is preferred.
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell/Python) and IaC exposure preferred.
• Certifications (nice to have): ITIL Foundations, Azure, CCNA/CCNP, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of network and system engineers; set priorities and coach delivery.
• Remain hands-on 30–60%: design, implement, troubleshoot, and automate infrastructure.
• Establish operational rigor with documentation, PIRs, and service levels.
• Own global infrastructure reliability, including office connectivity and cloud links.
• Lead incident response, post‑incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Implement monitoring, runbooks, escalation standards, and on‑call model.
• Drive problem management to reduce MTTR and outages.
• Govern LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi architecture and secure remote access patterns.
• Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs while optimizing costs.
• Govern identity foundations (Okta, SSO/MFA) and endpoint baselines (Intune).
• Operate Azure infrastructure, tagging, RBAC, cost visibility, and hygiene.
