PHINIA is seeking an Infrastructure Services Lead to elevate its global hosting, cloud, network, and end-user computing foundations. You will own strategy, delivery, reliability, and modernization across Identity & Access Management, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and ITSM, partnering with security and regional IT leaders across PHINIA plants and corporate sites.
This senior role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven experience leading global teams.

- 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary global teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and governance.
- Proven ability to drive modernization across hosting, cloud, network, and end-user computing.
Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy, delivery, and modernization of infrastructure services.
- Own operational performance, reliability, and governance across global sites.
- Drive platform standardization and migration from legacy technologies.
- Lead initiatives to improve service quality, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
