Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering within the Network Product Line to direct strategy for the Broadcom/Bluecoat proxy estate and to deliver an internally hosted SSE platform at global scale. You will own client-facing web security controls, partner with Cybersecurity and Enterprise teams, and champion CX/DX while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in network/security engineering with leadership of large distributed teams.
• Deep expertise with Broadcom/Bluecoat stack (ProxySG/CAS/SMC) and SSE-aligned security controls.
• Proven track record building/operating enterprise-scale SSE services (SWG, ZTNA, CASB, DLP integrations).
• Strong automation background (Python; Terraform/Ansible) and telemetry integration (Grafana/Datadog).
• Hands-on AWS networking/security for proxy workloads; multi-region resiliency and large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for engineering and operations of the proxy estate.
• Architect and deliver internally hosted SSE platform at global scale.
• Own client-facing web security controls and egress architecture; partner with key stakeholders.
• Drive CX/DX improvements and ensure regulatory, risk, and resiliency requirements are met.
