Job summary

Google’s Global Industrial Hygiene Program Manager will lead multi-disciplinary IH initiatives across the corporate real estate portfolio, defining IH requirements with internal partners and guiding design to operations throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with REWS and WSM to develop tools, exposure frameworks, and mitigation procedures that protect Googlers and drive data-driven health outcomes across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IH, safety, or engineering with equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience managing IH or OH programs in corporate real estate or facilities environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct long-term strategy and embed IH standards into global architectural and MEP guidelines.
• Lead IH programs covering IAQ, acoustics, lighting, ergonomics, and exposure controls.
• Oversee pre-occupancy testing and partner with construction and operations for day 1 readiness.
• Monitor environmental quality and incidents to drive continual improvement.
• Manage global IH audit lifecycle and ensure compliance across regions.
