Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Industrial Hygiene Program Manager to lead enterprise IH programs across its worldwide real estate portfolio. You will define IH requirements with internal partners and steer programs from design through daily operations, ensuring health and safety standards are integrated into building life cycles.

You will collaborate with REWS and WSM, develop exposure assessment frameworks, tools, and mitigation procedures, and communicate strategic goals to cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 10+ years in IH programs and occupational health in corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IH initiatives to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control workplace stressors.
• Define IH requirements with internal partners and guide lifecycle from design to operations.
• Develop tools, exposure assessment frameworks, and mitigation procedures.
• Partner with REWS/WSM to implement a comprehensive workplace health strategy.
• Oversee enterprise IH programs to protect Googlers across the portfolio.
