About the job:

Google’s corporate office footprint spans the globe, requiring visionary leaders who can maintain a holistic view of occupational health, indoor environmental quality, and workplace wellness.

As the Global Industrial Hygiene Program Manager within the EHS CoE, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary global initiatives dedicated to anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling workplace environmental stressors. You will define technical and operational Industrial Hygiene (IH) requirements alongside internal partners, steering workplace environments seamlessly through their entire lifecycle from design and construction to daily operations. In the role, you will provide enterprise-level leadership in developing occupational health and IH programs that enable Googlers to work safely and healthily across our global corporate real estate portfolio. You will engage with all levels of employees and leadership to design new tools, exposure assessment frameworks, and mitigation procedures that protect our corporate workforce. Partnering with key stakeholders across REWS and WSM, you will architect a comprehensive workplace health strategy to continuously evaluate exposure risks, establish rigorous data-driven feedback loops, and execute work plans against high-standard corporate health and wellness objectives.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team.
