Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in managing IH programs, exposure assessments, and implementing health frameworks in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to direct long-term IH strategy and embed standards into global architectural and MEP design guidelines.
• Direct corporate IH programs covering indoor air quality, acoustics, lighting, ergonomics, and exposure controls.
• Lead pre-occupancy baseline testing (air, water, noise) and ensure day 1 readiness with construction/ops teams.
• Monitor environmental quality complaints and incidents; apply root-cause insights to improve standards.
• Oversee global IH audit lifecycle, manage exposure databases and analyze trends to ensure regulatory compliance.
