Qualifications

• 7+ years leading procurement or supply chain for complex industrial programs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a track record of results.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive change across global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global indirect performance management system and enterprise KPIs.
• Own dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Develop standard work and governance across indirect supply chain.
• Drive Lean, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Indirect Program Management for major industrial programs.
• Coordinate across regions and categories to deliver savings and productivity.
