Brose Sitech is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead indirect strategies across regions and drive cost savings. You will manage spend, define category plans, and oversee supplier negotiations and contracts globally.

Qualifications

• Experience managing indirect procurement categories in a multinational organization.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category management.
• Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies delivering measurable cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve regional and global indirect procurement strategies.
• Manage indirect purchasing spend to meet cost savings targets and budgets.
• Define and execute category strategies with business units and regional leadership.
• Lead sourcing activities: supplier evaluations, bids, supplier selection, contracts.
• Build and maintain a competitive supplier network focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and performance.
• Negotiate and manage regional and global supplier agreements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align demand and specifications while leveraging synergies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and supplier risks.
• Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement.
• Support EBIT improvement through cost optimization and procurement excellence.
• Experience in IT, Professional Services; CAPEX; infra, construction and energy; logistics and transportation.
• Proven success in contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
