Job summary

Hisense USA is seeking a Logistics Planning & Analytics Manager to lead forecasting, modeling, KPI management, and reporting for logistics and warehouse operations. This data-driven role turns complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.

The ideal candidate will build advanced Excel and Power BI dashboards, collaborate across operations, finance, and 3PL partners, and drive cost reductions and space optimization. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulas.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Forecasting, scenario modeling and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, model and continuously improve logistics and warehouse forecasting models for capacity, inventory flow, and seasonal demand.
• Own core warehouse and logistics KPIs and analyze data from multiple systems (WMS, ERP, 3PL data).
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel and present executive summaries.
