• 2–4 years of legal experience in restructuring, bankruptcy or insolvency.
• J.D. from an accredited law school required; top-tier firm background preferred.
• Experience with workouts, reorganizations, or insolvency proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house restructuring matters for portfolio companies after acquisitions across global footprint.
• Advise management on restructuring-related legal issues, including workouts and creditor negotiations.
• Manage cross-border restructuring requirements across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams.
• Support negotiations with creditors, lenders, landlords, and other counterparties.
• Track matters and provide risk reporting to firm leadership.
• Draft and document restructuring-related agreements (financing, lease, employment).
