PSA BDP, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking an Import Compliance Specialist in Philadelphia to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customs regulations. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will review shipment documents, resolve non-conformances, and provide compliance metrics while supporting continuous process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in import trafficking or related fields are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years in import trafficking or related functions preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Customer service experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review import shipment documentation to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues before customs entry.
• Initiate and resolve non-conformances with shippers and importers due to missing or erroneous docs.
• Provide metrics reporting on compliance issues including non-conformances and ISF.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and reduce delays and costs in the supply chain.
• Serve as liaison between business and BDP for compliance and operational problem solving.
• Participate in client meetings; present agenda items and metrics supporting compliance efforts.
