Job summary

Radius International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Import Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage end-to-end import shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relations with clients and logistics partners.

The role requires detail orientation, 2 years of import experience, and proficiency with import documentation and CargoWise. You will coordinate customs clearance, track shipments, and support data management across internal systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in import operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of HTS and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in import documentation and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with CargoWise and MS Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review import documents to ensure compliance.
• Arrange international shipping logistics and carrier negotiation.
• Coordinate customs clearance and broker interactions.
• Serve as the primary contact for international clients.
