Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Corporate Import Compliance Manager to oversee adherence to U.S. Customs and international trade laws.

You will develop, implement, and monitor import programs and collaborate with operations, logistics, legal, and finance to mitigate risk and support efficient import processes. Requirements include 5–7 years in import operations or trade compliance with at least 3 years in management, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years in import operations or trade compliance; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain import compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, ISF, HTS, EAR, ITAR and related regs.
• Review and approve customs entries, classifications, licenses, and permits.
