Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive client implementations from anywhere in the United States. This fully remote role partners with the VP of Implementation to coordinate multi-line projects and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage onboarding for key accounts, and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
