Job summary

The role emphasizes medical oversight, document authorship, cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership across assigned programs, with a focus on high quality scientific standards and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical development experience with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes.
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical development experience in pharma or clinical studies.
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Development Team and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Oversee clinical content and scientific standards across assigned programs; act as medical monitor when needed.
• Lead author or contribute to key study documents and regulatory submissions; support publication activities.
