Job summary

You will partner with Immunology leadership, R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to position science and patient impact, manage risk, and ensure clear, compelling messaging across markets and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, corporate affairs or related external engagement roles.
• Significant experience leading communications for complex, global pharmaceutical portfolios, franchises or therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior commercial, medical and R&D leaders in a highly matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including scientific communications, commercialization, policy, access and corporate reputation.
• Proven experience managing complex issues, regulatory-sensitive communications and crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global communications and public affairs strategy for Immunology portfolio.
• Serve as a primary strategic advisor to Immunology leadership on reputation and external positioning.
• Shape and advance the global Immunology narrative across priority disease areas, products and platforms.
• Develop communications strategies supporting key growth brands, launches, milestones, regulatory achievements and lifecycle opportunities.
• Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial to communicate value of scientific innovation and patient outcomes.
• Lead integrated communications planning across earned media, events, data communications and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs, Market Access and Government Affairs to support policy and market-shaping initiatives.
• Align with regional/market leaders to translate global strategies locally.
