Qualifications

• BA/BS minimum requirement; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience required
• Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience is required
• Experience in M&A and/or licensing is preferred
• Experience with business analytics preferred
• Finance and/or commercial experience preferred
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams
• This role may require travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
• The anticipated pay range is $178,000 - $307,050.

Responsibilities

• Function as resident expert on the Immunology M&A landscape, including developing robust knowledge of the therapeutic area / competitive space, to guide the team on targets.
• Champion, lead, and develop strategies/tactics for acquiring Immunology companies that provide growth and innovation.
• Lead M&A evaluation and execution, including deal leadership from initiation through execution and integration.
• Develop robust and compelling presentation materials for senior leadership and turn analytics into target recommendations.
• Present internally championed acquisition assessments to senior leadership.
• Partner with internal cross-functional and external Immunology teams and relationships.
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate, filter, and prioritize opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date view on external environment and market dynamics relevant to Immunology M&A.
• Provide adhoc support for other BD initiatives.
