You’ll work within our established programs while identifying practical improvements to processes, communications, and tooling.

  • Support immigration specialists on the team, coordinating workloads, providing guidance on complex cases, and partnering on timely resolution of escalations.
  • Guide candidates, employees, and hiring teams through immigration options and timelines, anticipating risks and triaging urgent cases.
  • Maintain continuity across ongoing cases and program initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, documentation, and follow-through.
