Fragomen’s Business Immigration Analyst position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business while receiving training, ongoing development, and long‑term growth opportunities. You will help clients navigate the complex world of global immigration, provide world‑class client service, and leverage technology solutions to support immigration matters.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing petitions, communicating with clients, meeting SLA deadlines, and compiling data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or paralegal certification or equivalent client-facing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including drafting and filing documents.
• Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status and inquiries.
• Meet SLA deadlines, report progress and escalations to supervisors.
• Compile and summarize data in case-management systems for client reporting.
• Support team productivity, showing flexibility and initiative.
• Follow firm policies to mitigate risk and maintain compliance including data privacy.
