Responsibilities

• Lead global IM R&D CPC operating model with clear priorities and governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into coordinated cross-regional plans and execution.
• Prepare executive materials, dashboards, and communications for leadership.
• Drive follow-up on decisions and escalating material risks when needed.
• Coach and develop teams, strengthening capability in risk assessment and governance.
