Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare compliance, ethics and compliance, or risk management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global or matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, monitoring, governance, and compliance performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Fluency in English; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IM R&D CPC operating model with clear priorities, governance, and execution plans.
• Coordinate plans across global and regional HCC teams with North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
• Serve as central IM R&D HCC contact for enterprise strategy execution and cross-CPC coordination.
• Develop leadership communications, dashboards, and executive decision materials.
• Drive follow-up on decisions, dependencies, and risks while escalating material issues.
• Promote simplification and standardization of IM R&D HCC processes and tools.
