Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Global HCC IM R&D Compliance Performance Center to be based in multiple U.S. locations, including Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or Spring House, PA.

This role leads enterprise-level compliance strategy and execution across the IM R&D CPC ecosystem. You will partner with Global Lead, risk and governance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive risk-informed decisions, ensure audit readiness, and advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, law, finance, life sciences, healthcare, data analytics, or related field.
• Significant experience in healthcare compliance, ethics and compliance, risk management, or related areas.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global/matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IM R&D CPC operating model with clear priorities, governance, and execution plans.
• Coordinate plans across global and regional HCC teams, including NA, LATAM, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
• Act as the central IM R&D HCC contact for strategy execution and cross-CPC coordination.
• Prepare leadership rhythms, meetings, and executive reporting for decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready agendas, briefing materials, and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Drive follow-up on decisions, dependencies, and risks; escalate where needed.
• Promote standardization and continuous improvement across IM R&D HCC processes.
