- Strong capital markets, M&A and financing transaction experience.
- Data-driven, AI-enabled reporting and finance transformation interest.
Responsibilities
- Lead global finance organization across accounting, FP&A, treasury and tax.
- Partner with CEO/Board on strategy, governance and risk.
- Oversee M&A evaluation, diligence and integration.
- Optimize capital structure and investor communications.
- Drive finance transformation and AI-enabled reporting.
