Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an ICS Vulnerability Management SME to build and operationalize a vulnerability management program across global industrial environments.

This role requires deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, risk-based vulnerability assessment, remediation planning, and secure remote access. You will lead the development of SOPs, processes, and governance, and coordinate with offshore/managed-service teams while supporting onsite plant visits in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with risk-based vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Knowledge of ICS asset management, secure architecture, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with SANS ICS critical controls.
• Experience developing ICS security processes, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize the ICS Vulnerability Management service for a global industrial environment.
• Establish and scale an ICS Vulnerability Management program across plant environments.
• Coordinate with offshore/managed-service teams and provide SME oversight.
• Occasional onsite travel to U.S. plants may be required.
