Arm is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager - IC Substrates to lead sourcing strategy for advanced IC substrates, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will own strategic relationships with leading substrate suppliers to ensure technology, capacity, cost, and supply assurance for the product roadmap.

• 10+ years in semiconductors, IC substrates, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of FC-BGA substrates and advanced packaging.
• Experience with supplier roadmaps, capacity, yield, and cost drivers.
• Proven success in negotiations and global supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own global sourcing strategy for advanced IC substrates from development to high-volume manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering to align substrate technologies with roadmaps and capabilities.
• Evaluate supplier roadmaps across architectures, integration, and bottlenecks.
• Lead supplier selection and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
• Negotiate pricing, NRE, capacity, technology development, and long-term supply agreements.
• Develop should-cost and market analyses to inform sourcing decisions.
• Secure manufacturing capacity ahead of ramps and mitigate supply risks.
• Develop alternative suppliers to improve competition and resilience.
• Monitor market dynamics, technology trends, investments, and capacity.
• Present strategies, supplier recommendations, and risks to senior leadership.
