Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager – IC Test to drive global sourcing for semiconductor test equipment, hardware, and services. You will own ATE platform strategy, lead negotiations, and collaborate with Test Engineering to align capacity with product roadmaps.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductors or related sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage capital equipment across OSAT networks. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductors, IC test, or related sourcing field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows and ATE platforms.
• Experience leading capital equipment sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience supporting products from development through high-volume production.
• Ability to translate engineering needs into sourcing and supplier strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing strategy for IC test equipment, test hardware, and outsourced test services from product development through high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and lifecycle management of ATE testers and associated hardware deployed at OSATs.
• Partner with Product and Test Engineering to align ATE platforms and capacity with roadmaps.
• Develop strategies for test assets, OSAT terms, utilization targets, and end-of-life disposition.
• Lead commercial negotiations for ATE purchases, volume agreements, warranties, and service agreements.
• Develop long-range test capacity and capital plans based on product forecasts and manufacturing needs.
• Optimize deployment of test assets across OSATs to maximize utilization and ROIC.
• Lead relationships with strategic ATE and OSAT partners and negotiate pricing and capacity commitments.
• Create cost and capacity models and present strategies and risks to senior leadership.
