Job summary

Electrolux Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Director of End-to-End Integrated Business Planning to design, transform, and operate enterprise IBP capabilities across strategic to operational horizons.

You will partner with executive leadership to balance growth, service, cost, and resilience while driving AI-enabled decision-making and standardized governance across global planning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain planning, IBP, S&OP, or related leadership.
• Proven success leading enterprise IBP transformations and operating model changes.
• Strong SAP IBP expertise across multiple modules.
• Experience applying AI/Analytics in planning and forecasting.
• Ability to present to Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
• Proven talent development and change leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and integration of planning with finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IBP framework, S&OP, and operational execution with clear accountability.
• Define a multi-year IBP transformation roadmap and governance.
• Provide enterprise leadership across Demand, Supply, Network, and MRP planning.
• Translate business strategy into actionable supply chain plans with trade-offs.
• Present insights and recommendations to the Board and ELT with clarity.
• Oversee deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, S&OP).
• Ensure integration with financial planning and performance management.
