Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an IAAS Audit Director to lead internal audits across the enterprise and report to the IAAS function. You will guide the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting, ensuring high-risk areas are prioritized and action plans are tracked to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive finance/accounting/auditing leadership in global teams, with travel up to 20% and onsite work in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline with significant related experience.
• Finance/accounting/auditing/compliance leadership in a global team is preferred.
• Strong decision-making, risk management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as audit director for IAAS; develop segment internal audit plan targeting top risks.
• Lead audit teams through scoping, fieldwork, and reporting; ensure remediation actions.
• Partner with segment/division teams to drive action plans and improve controls.
