Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an IAAS Audit Director to lead the internal auditing and advisory services for a key segment. You will direct audit planning, supervise fieldwork, and drive remediation actions with cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates bring a business-focused background and substantial leadership in finance/accounting/audit roles within global teams. Relocation is available and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline plus significant progressively responsible job-related experience.
• Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools; ability to analyze situations and make informed judgments.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly using effective tools and language.

Responsibilities

• Serve as audit director for IAAS team.
• Develop the segment internal audit plan targeting the highest risks.
• Lead audit teams through all audit phases: pre-scoping, planning & scoping, fieldwork, wrap-up & reporting.
• Partner with segment and division teams to ensure action plans are developed and issues remediated.
