ICANN is seeking a Meetings Technical Services Specialist to join the Engineering & IT team in Los Angeles. The role supports hybrid meeting planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining AV hardware in ICANN conference spaces.

You will lead technical services for events, support MTS platforms, and ensure live broadcasts run smoothly under tight deadlines across global meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Audio-Visual Production.
• 5–7 years of experience with a relevant degree.
• Experience with video conferencing and AVoIP required.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relations.
• Experience at executive level interactions.
• Experience coordinating live, global events.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and execution of hybrid meetings and conferences.
• Lead Meeting Technical Services tasks from concept to delivery.
• Stay updated on new meeting tech and best practices.
• Suggest technical improvements for service optimization.
• Maintain hardware and AV systems across ICANN conference spaces.
• Oversee daily operations and vendor coordination for rooms.
• Act as lead MTS technician for events and meetings.
• Provide admin and tech support for MTS platforms.
