G&W Electric Co. seeks a Global Product Manager to own the HV overhead portfolio, including the Viper-HV 72 kV recloser. The role drives roadmap execution, pricing, and cross-functional integration to grow the HV portfolio while aligning with the MV portfolio.

You will lead NPD/CMR processes, collaborate with NPD teams, define value propositions, and support sales enablement. Requires strong technical/commercial aptitude and 10+ years in power industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in the power industry in product management, engineering, sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong technical and commercial aptitude; experience managing engineered-to-order products.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategy and product/solution roadmap for managed offerings.
• Lead idea generation through VoC, market trends analysis, and competitor profiling with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in standards events, industry associations, and trade shows to guide product direction.
• Develop market segment intelligence and GTM plans for new products and solutions (SAM, TAM, CAGR).
• Monitor industry trends impacting product requirements and adjust strategic plans accordingly.
• Support P&L impacts and portfolio strategic direction.
• Drive pricing guidelines, inventory alignment, and sales collateral development.
• Lead new product development (NPD) and change management (CMR) processes.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on marketing and sales plans to grow existing and new offerings.
