Job summary

Connect Search LLC seeks a Head of HR to establish and lead people operations across six European countries, including the UK. You will stand up payroll, draft contracts, and run onboarding and offboarding while shaping HR policies and compliance.

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and a true build opportunity across a new European footprint. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to set up local entities and ensure scalable HR foundations for rapid

Our client is a fast-growing infrastructure company launching a new start-up division and building its European presence from scratch. They’re hiring their first Head of HR for the region, reporting directly to the CEO.

You’ll set up and run people operations across six European countries, including the UK, and create the HR foundation the business will scale on. This is a true build role with real visibility to executive leadership.
