Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Human Performance Program Manager to support mission-critical work across large, globally distributed programs. You will help ensure readiness and resilience of Warfighter teams, guiding contractor personnel and coordinating staff deployment and development.

The role requires 10+ years in human performance programs with CONUS/OCONUS experience, a secret clearance, and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• PMP or PgMP certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support large, globally distributed military support programs to enhance Warfighter readiness.
• Oversee task orders, schedule, costs, and staffing for the contracted workforce.
• Provide guidance to contracting officers and CORs and supervise contractor personnel.
• Coordinate rotations and deployments across CONUS/OCONUS.
