Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Human Performance Program Manager to lead complex, globally distributed military health programs. You will oversee readiness and resilience initiatives, manage large teams, and coordinate with contracting officers and CORs to ensure performance and compliance.

Travel up to 35% is required as projects span CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of program experience, with PMP/PgMP desired and a Secret/Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• PMP or PgMP certification desired.
• Secret clearance or above, with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Travel up to 35% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support large, globally distributed military support programs focused on Warfighter readiness and resilience.
• Serve as the PM, supervising program activities including scope, schedule, costs, and staffing.
• Provide guidance to contracting officers and the contracting team.
• Lead and mentor contractor personnel, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and requirements.
