Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead global HSIO connectors engineering team and test lab.
• Own end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Design, NPI, Operations, and China partners to transition to production.
• Approve engineering deliverables and perform design reviews.
• Provide monthly project status reports with risk mitigation.
