Amphenol Corporation's Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks an Engineering Manager for HSIO connectors. Lead a global engineering team, guide design, qualification, and the launch of high-speed I/O connectors, and partner with customers, sales, and manufacturing to ensure product success.

This leadership role emphasizes delivering technically robust, manufacturable designs with a focus on cost, performance, and reliability while coordinating across global partners including production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• 3+ years of project and/or people management experience.
• Working with global teams, customers, and manufacturing partners is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to a global HSIO connectors engineering team and local test laboratory.
• Own end-to-end project execution from concept to launch, meeting milestones and customer commitments.
• Approve and manage engineering deliverables including drawings, BOMs, and item masters.
• Engage with customers and Sales to define roadmaps and technical requirements, and present concepts clearly.
