Job summary

KoBold Metals seeks an HSE Lead, Programs and Systems, to design and own the HSE management system, digital tooling, and training infrastructure that keep people safe across jurisdictions we operate in. You will build standards and software that empower safety ownership at the field level, modernize the stack with AI-native workflows, and secure executive support and resources for effective implementation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in HSE with experience owning or administering enterprise HSE software (DATS, Intelex, Cority, Enablon, Sphera, VelocityEHS, or comparable).
• Experience building or improving an HSE management system aligned to ISO 45001/ANSI Z10 or equivalent.
• Track record designing HSE training programs and administering a Learning Management System.
• Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.
• Strong written communication and ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the HSE Management System end to end, including architecture, document hierarchy, review frequency, and continuous improvement.
• Own KoBold's digital HSE stack; lead vendor evaluation, workflow configuration, integrations, and administration.
• Design HSE analytics with real-time dashboards and risk signaling.
• Own KoBold's AI in HSE strategy; identify high-leverage AI applications.
• Own the global HSE document library and training strategy including LMS.
• Design cultural initiatives that engage field crews and contractors.
