Job summary

Fortifi seeks a strategic HR technology leader to architect and govern global HRIS, ensuring scalable, compliant people operations. You will drive digital transformation with AI, automation, and analytics across the HR function.

Partnering with Finance, Legal, and Global Payroll, you will establish KPIs, oversee governance, and deliver ROI through UKG Pro initiatives and data-driven insights across multinational units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, or business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive HRIS leadership with 5+ years leading enterprise teams.
• 10+ years UKG Pro experience incl. architecture, security, workflows, and payroll.
• Experience with multinational HRIS transformations and M&A HR tech integration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR ops, and workforce data management.
• Executive presentation and communication skills; GDPR/HIPAA/SOX/ACA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with growth.
• Define enterprise HR technology vision and long-term system architecture.
• Lead digital transformation across HR, including AI and automation.
• Evaluate new HR tech and platforms with ROI-backed business cases.
• Develop KPIs and serve as executive sponsor for HR tech initiatives.
• Govern enterprise standards for configuration, change mgmt, security, and data.
• Prioritize system enhancements, modules, upgrades, and global deployments.
• Drive automation and Lean improvements to standardize processes globally.
• Develop enterprise data governance and workforce reporting strategy.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Payroll for compliance and integrations.
• Oversee benefit tech, vendor interfaces, and benefit data audits.
