Job summary

Woodward is seeking a senior HR leader in the United States (IL) to guide labor relations and partnerships with leadership across multiple sites. You will drive workforce planning, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and shape HR programs that support business growth and transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR leadership in a global, multi-site organization.
Significant labor and employee relations experience in unionized environments.

Responsibilities

Lead labor relations strategy and collective bargaining negotiations.
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement across global sites.
Drive organizational development and change management.
Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.
