You will lead accounting governance for US and international events, build GAAP-compliant controls, and partner with HR to meet program requirements. This is a pivotal role within global HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial roles.
• Demonstrated analytical and research skills; able to analyze complex data and identify gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting governance for GHR events across US and international operations, ensuring accurate booking and controls.
• Establish and maintain a GAAP-compliant accounting framework with reviews and validation.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and corrective journal entries when required.
• Strengthen risk and control through QA, month/quarter-end activities, and issue management.
• Analyze end-to-end data flows to improve reporting and processes.
• Support evaluation of processes/technologies and drive improvements.
• Assist with controls to mitigate compliance and operational risk.
• Handle diverse operational and strategic activities to ensure programs are executed accurately.
• Partner with HR program functions to ensure processes meet design requirements.
• Identify solutions that meet business needs and priorities.
