Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Project Manager to lead cross-functional HR initiatives across global priorities, delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

You will steer HR structure optimization, compensation priorities, and HR technology initiatives while coaching teams across a global organization. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR project management.
• Knowledge of project management applications (e.g., Microsoft Project) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-scale HR project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead projects, manage teams, track progress, and ensure outcomes meet scope, time, and budget.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders promptly and clearly.
• Utilize PM tools and documentation; create progress reports, requirements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with global HR teams, cross-functional groups, and external vendors to drive project success.
• Identify areas for process improvement and document lessons learned.
