Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Sr. HR Project Manager to lead cross-functional HR initiatives on a global scale. You will guide project governance, drive execution, and optimize HR processes across multiple workstreams within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence diverse teams while delivering meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR project management.
• Knowledge of project management applications (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Skillful knowledge and use of MS Office tools, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-scale HR project plans including scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead projects, manage teams, monitor progress and ensure outcomes on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and document decisions.
• Utilize PM tools and create reports, requirements docs and presentations.
• Collaborate with global HR teams, cross-functional groups and external vendors.
