Job summary

JD.com, also known as JINGDONG, is offering an internship through the JD Young (JDY) program in the United States. You will engage in process optimization of HR services, manage SSC delivery operations, and contribute to data-driven HR decisions within a global supply chain network.

The role requires current university enrollment, proficiency in English and Chinese, and exposure to HR administration. The program runs 3–6 months with hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation.
• Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or related major.
• Have an internship experience in corporate HR departments and administration will be a plus.
• Proficient with Excel data analysis and administrative duties.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization and Standardization: analyze HR needs, streamline social insurance, housing fund, onboarding, offboarding, transfers; develop SOPs and centralize services.
• Operations: manage SSC delivery center, oversee social insurance and housing fund services, billing, policy consultations; ensure smooth operations.
• Data & Decision Support: monitor HR data (social insurance, housing fund) and support management decisions.
• System Development: drive HR systems development and digital transformation, monitor progress and promote adoption.
• Team & External Collaboration: build HR service team, liaise with embassies, immigration authorities, and external providers.
