Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Progressive experience in HR operations across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes with vendors and stakeholders.
• Comfort handling ambiguous or non-routine visa cases and EOR transitions.
• Experience with external vendors (immigration, benefits, EOR/PEO, background checks).
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage concurrent workstreams.
• Clear, confidential communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: guide new hires through onboarding and ensure compliant, timely steps.
• Data Quality: review records to fix errors and gaps for audit readiness.
• Payroll Support: verify pay, bonuses, and deductions with payroll teams.
• Employee Support: respond to complex questions and resolve issues.
• Compliance Recordkeeping: keep documents and policy records organized and retrievable.
• Offboarding & Transitions: manage departures with proper pay and access changes.
• Visa & Relocation Support: coordinate visa and relocation logistics across borders.
• Benefits Administration Support: oversee enrollment and changes in benefits.
• Employee of Record management: coordinate with EOR/PEO in markets without direct entities.
• Background Checks: coordinate and track pre-employment checks.
• Reporting: prepare workforce metrics for decision-making.
