Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide broad HR operations support across onboarding, benefits, data management, and policy compliance. This role focuses on accurate HR data, confidential handling of employee information, and collaboration with global mobility on relocations and visas.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of HR generalist experience, strong HRIS knowledge (Workday/UKG), and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience in generalist or operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCI) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience with HR reporting and data analytics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for data, policies, and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support HRIS processes and audits with the team.
• Generate and interpret HR reports and metrics for leadership.
• Handle monthly invoicing and internal coding.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and New Employee Orientation.
• Manage offboarding activities, benefits reconciliation, and exit logistics.
• Support benefits open enrollment and leave of absence processes.
• Assist with compliance and policy updates, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support relocations and visa processes with Global Mobility.
