J.M. Huber Corporation seeks a seasoned Human Resources leader to direct integrated HR strategy for the HAM leadership team. The role partners with HAM leadership to drive talent management, succession planning, and acquisitions integration while advancing cultural change.

As part of Enterprise HR Leadership, you will build professional and leadership competencies, lead cross-border teams, and ensure alignment with Huber's vision and values across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strategic responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience and global or multinational exposure.
• Ability to lead teams across locations, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong business partnership skills with senior leaders and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Direct development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated HR strategy as a Business Partner to HAM leadership.
• Support management of global staff through acquisitions, succession planning, and talent management.
• Lead culture change while upgrading workforce and aligning with organizational strategy.
• Mentor and empower leadership, collaborating across cultures, countries, and time zones.
• Oversee talent assessment, career development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Direct recruiting to optimize hiring and onboarding in the organization.
