Industrial Scientific, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to head the global HR function. You will partner with the President and senior leadership to shape people, culture, and talent outcomes, and align HR programs with business strategy.

This hands-on, strategic role requires operating independently, influencing decisively, and translating business strategy into actionable human capital solutions across 21 countries and 15 sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related leadership roles.
• Proven success as a strategic HR business partner with executive-level influence.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership succession.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into talent, organization, and culture strategies that deliver results.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and skills development.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and career development.
• Analyze business and people metrics to identify trends and drive systemic interventions.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives and create an engaging, high-performance culture.
