Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience
• HR or equivalent degree qualification
• Experience across HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
• Exposure to employee relations issues
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders
• Strong business and analytical acumen
• Demonstrated analytical ability including root-cause analysis
• Proven track record in developing employees and managers
• Ability to flex across cultures and matrixed partnerships
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance employee experience
• Effective communication and change-management skills
• English communication is excellent; additional Americas language is an advantage
• Ability to build networks across stakeholders
• Experience coordinating and supporting projects
• Language skills in Spanish/Portuguese/French Canadian are a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to managers on workforce matters and HR policy
• Develop and implement strategies to upskill new People Managers
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment to determine the best path to resolution
• Use diagnostics and data to identify proactive HR interventions
• Ensure workforce and leaders understand People processes
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global priorities with People Services
• Partner with COEs to roll out global programmes
• Develop understanding of employment legislation across the Americas region
• Research, resolve and respond to HR issues with People Services
• Collaborate with peers to drive improvements in HR processes across the Americas region
• Lead or contribute to country-specific, regional, or global People projects
